Kajian Eksperimental Impresi Sudut Sudu Turbin Terhadap Unjuk Kerja Turbin Pelton Skala Mikro

Abstract


Energi memainkan peran penting dalam mencapai tujuan sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan. Energi di Indonesia saat ini masih didominasi oleh energi berbasis bahan bakar fosil, yang merupakan sumber energi tak terbarukan. Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikrohidro (PLTMH) merupakan salah satu solusi untuk krisis energi saat ini. Jenis turbin yang umum digunakan pada PLTMH adalah Pelton Turbin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sudut sudu pada turbin Pelton pertunjukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimental dengan memvariasikan sudut sudut (0º, 10, dan 15). Turbin yang diuji memiliki spesifikasi diameter luar 246 mm, jumlah sudu adalah 22. Debit air yang digunakan untuk pengujian turbin adalah 0,02487 m3 / s. Itu Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sudut sudu sangat mempengaruhi kinerja turbin. Itu efisiensi turbin tertinggi sebesar 77% diperoleh dengan sudut sudu 10º. Sudut nozel meningkat, efisiensi turbin menurun.
