Peran Guru Bimbingan Konseling dalam Mengembangkan Kreativitas Belajar bagi Siswa SMK Dharma Patra Kelas XI Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021
Abstract
Peran guru dalam mengembangkan kreativitas belajar siswa di SMKS Dharma Patra P.Brandan. Skripsi Program Strata Satu (S-1) Jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan sejauh mana peran guru dalam meningkatkan kreativitas belajar siswa di SMKS Dharma Patra P.Brandan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif dalam bentuk metode deskriptif, melalui metode ini akan di deskriptif dengan data kuantitatif tentang peran guru bimbingan konseling dalam mengembangkan kreativitas belajar siswa di SMKS Dharma Patra P.Brandan”. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa-siswi di SMKS Dharma Patra P.Brandan sebanyak 656 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling acak (random sampling), dengan penentuan besar sampelnya sebesar 15% dari populasi. Dari jumlah populasi yang ada yaitu sebanyak 656 siswa muncul sampel sebanyak 30 siswa. Setelah pengumpulan data dilakukan maka selanjutnya adalah proses analisis data dengan analisis kuantitatif secara deskriptif yang telah dilakukan persentasenya, dan didapat hasil dari penelitian peran guru di SMKS Dharma Patra P.Brandan adalah baik dengan hasil persentase 72,4%.
