Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Novick terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Matematis Siswa SMA Harapan Mekar Medan
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Novick terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa SMA Harapan Mekar Medan Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Harapan Mekar Medan kelas X IPA sebanyak 29 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yaitu one- group pretest-postest design. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 45,52 dan rata-rata nila posttest sebesar 76,21.Adapun teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji normalitas dengan menggunakan uji kolmogorov smirnov data yang di ujikan akan diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari model pembelajaran Novick terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa dimana terdapat peningkatan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar setelah diajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran Novick.Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon signed testdiperoleh nilai Z untuk kelas eksperimen sebesar 2,825 dengan nilai asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,00 lebih kecil dari tingkat alfa 5% (0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ditolak dan diterima.
