Penerapan Pendekatan Cognitive Behavior Therapy Untuk Mengatasi Kecanduan Game Online Siswa Dikelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kutacane T.A 2020/2021

Abstract


Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) merupakan pendekatan konseling yang dirancang untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan individu pada saat ini dengan cara melakukan restrukrisasi kognitif dan perilaku menyimpang. CBT merupakan terapi ang mengarahkan dan memodifikasi fungsi berpikir, merasa dan bertindak dengan menekankan otak sebagai penganalisa, pengambilan keputusan, bertanya, ertindak, serta memutuskan kembali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan kecanduan game online kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kutacane. Penelitian merupakan penelitian pendekatan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptifalitatif dengan objek penelitian sebanyak 9 orang siswa. Adapun instrumen yang gunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan wawancara yang sesuai ngan penerapan Cognitive Behavior Therapy untuk mengatasi kecanduan game ini siswa. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu nggunakan reduksi data, memaparkan data dan mengambil kesimpulan. Dari il penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan cognitive behavior therapy untuk ncegah kecanduan game online siswa sudah berhasil dilaksanakan dengan kat keberhasilan 87% berdasarkan tes pemahaman yang telah dilaksanakan dan asarkan perubahan perilaku siswa dalam hal kecanduan game online.
